The staff were friendly and helpful, able to communicate in English. The hotel's location was ideal, situated in a very safe area with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and Uber transportation.

We loved the hotel's location in the heart of Itaim Bibi, surrounded by cool bars and restaurants. The area felt safe and we enjoyed exploring the vibrant neighborhood. The hotel facilities, including the gym and pool area, were top-notch and provided a great experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start our day.

I had such a great stay in Sao Paulo! The hotel was in a fantastic location, surrounded by amazing restaurants and close to shopping malls and an open shopping street. It was also in a safe area, which was a big plus. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the rooftop pool. The staff, particularly the concierges Lucas and Alessandra, were incredibly helpful and cheerful. They were able to provide me with helpful recommendations in advance, making my stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the breakfast spread was absolutely delicious. this hotel provided great value in an attractive area of the city.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
The location of this hotel is amazing. I could easily walk to many good restaurants and bars, and it was conveniently close to the south part of the city. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service.
